Manatees Earn Win with Late Rally
Behind a fine performance from Huang-di Lan, the Matlacha Manatees knocked off the Rocky Mountain Vibes, 9-8. Lan was 2-3 with 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2 for the Manatees. Matlacha's record now stands at 35-34, placing them 9th in the Menard's A.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the 12th for Matlacha. That's when Robert Ortega hit a run-scoring double off 22-year old right-handed pitcher Bryan Hall to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"It's great when the crowd goes berserk," Lan said.
