In a low-scoring affair between the Washington Generals and the Pontiac Godfathers, pitcher Juan Romero was the difference between victory and defeat. The Washington right-hander earned accolades in the 2-0 Generals win. Romero picked up the win for Washington, going 6 innings. He gave up no runs on 2 hits. He now sports a record of 3-1.
