Mancelona turned a fine outing from starter Joe Sheffield into a victory over the Rocky Mountain Vibes at Torch Field. The final score was 3-2. Sheffield picked up the win for Mancelona, going 5.1 innings. He gave up no runs on 6 hits. He now sports a record of 5-5. Forest Strickland notched his 22nd save in 25 chances.

Greg Ax had a big 2-run double for the Torch in the bottom of the sixth inning.
