Pandas Defeat Flamingos, 4-2

Montana turned a good effort from starter J.R. Snow into a win over the Las Vegas Flamingos at The Strip. The final score was 4-2. Montana reliever Denny Gaston got the win, raising his record to 1-0. Kun Ec was tagged with the loss. Johnny Flannery closed out the game, earning his 1st save.
Montana used the timely hitting of Ricardo Cantú to seize the win. The left fielder stroked a 2-run single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Pandas on top, 4-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
"Thought I threw pretty well and overall I felt good," said Snow.
The loss drops Las Vegas to 1-1.
