Baseball fans saw a good contest between the Rocky Mountain Vibes and Matlacha Manatees.

In a low-scoring affair between the Rocky Mountain Vibes and the Matlacha Manatees, pitcher Lawrence Tate was the difference between victory and defeat. The Rocky Mountain right-hander earned accolades for his stellar performance in the 2-1 Vibes win. Rocky Mountain is 10th in the Menard's A with a record of 39-49.

Rocky Mountain took control in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and the bases loaded, James Anderson hit a run-scoring single to make it 2-1, Vibes.
