Conor March was locked in. The right-hander led the Echo Park Lakers to a 5-3 win against the Panama City Piranhas at The Tank. Brendan Fulton earned the save for Echo Park, his 2nd of the year. The loss has the Piranhas at 1-2.
Jeremy Dean, the first overall pick in the 2055 draft, had an important at-bat. With no one out in the top of the fifth, he hit a 2-run home run. His 2nd home run of the season put Echo Park on top, 4-1.
"Conor is a tough competitor," said Echo Park manager Jordan Calhoun.
