Vibes Dealt 4-3 Loss
|
Rocky Mountain second baseman Hawk Tuahsson had a good game, even if his team did not. The Vibes dropped a 4-3 decision to Alameda at Bellevue Field. Tuahsson was 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk. Alameda reliever Chris Weber picked up the win, upping his record to 4-1. Wyatt Williams absorbed the loss. The win puts Alameda at 50-41 this season.
Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Sagramor Asseiceira? The Alameda catcher had a 2-run double in the top of the third inning to put the Airmen on top, 2-0. For the game, Asseiceira had 1 double and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Asseiceira.
