The Vancouver Grey Wolves cut down the Montana Pandas by the score of 9-5, with the largest share of the credit going to third baseman Efren Alog. Alog was 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 2 for the Grey Wolves. Ray Stevenson earned the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The left-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 4.1 innings. His record is now 1-0. Brad Carter earned the save, his 2nd.

In the bottom of the sixth, Vancouver designated hitter Yoon-tae Ch'ae gave his team the lead. With no one out and a runner on 1st, Frankenstein hit his 1st home run of the year. Montana pitcher Adam Brewer surrendered it. With that, the Grey Wolves jumped in front, 6-5.
