Grey Wolves Stumble, Lose to Bullets
A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Baltimore Bullets and Vancouver Grey Wolves.

Bullets catcher Rich Flores put his stamp on his team's 9-1 win over the Vancouver Grey Wolves. Flores went 2 for 5 with a home run and a double, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once for Baltimore in the contest. Larry Wallace earned the win to go to 1-0. He allowed no runs on 5 hits, with 3 walks and 2 strikeouts in 6.2 innings of work.

With Baltimore leading 1-0 in the bottom of the first, Flores hit a cutter from Juan Hernández for a 2-run double. It was his 1st double of the season and put the Bullets ahead, 3-0.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Flores.

Baltimore now has a record of 2-5.
