Reapers Come Up Short at Walla Walla, 4-3
Walla Walla Walleye starter Allen Wagner pitched well against the Grim Reapers at Walleye Tank, leading his team to a win, 4-3. The win has Walla Walla at 4-4.

Walla Walla first baseman Steef Advocaat contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With two down, he hit a sinker to center field for a run-scoring single. It was his 11th hit of the season and put the Walleye ahead, 4-0.

Walla Walla manager Calvin Beck was pleased with the team's effort. "It was just a good, gutsy performance by everybody," he said.
