Cattlemen Take Tight Tilt
The Ft. Worth Cattlemen picked up a win at The Cattle Pen, taking down the Montana Pandas, 4-3. Starting pitcher Seung-gwan Kim was a big reason why. Kim, the winner, moves to 1-0. He threw 7.1 innings of 3-hit ball, while fanning 7 and giving up 3 walks. Thomas Rice got the save, the 4th for him this season.

Mitch Swing broke a 2-2 tie in the bottom of the fourth with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It put the Cattlemen in front, 3-2. For the game, Swing drew 1 walk.

Ft. Worth manager Scott Thompson called it "a darn good win."

At 9-3, the 2061 Cattlemen have been excellent so far.
