Yánez Sends Eugene Bats to Deep Freeze
Luis Yánez had an impressive outing at Jets Stadium, hurling the Kennesaw Jets to a 4-0 shutout victory over the Eugene Vandals.

"He threw strikes and he was always around the plate," Eugene skipper Milton Mathews said. "The ball was doing everything he wanted it to do. We hit some balls hard, but they were all right at the fielders."
