Caterpillars Get 6-0 Win Versus Kennesaw
The home crowd had a good time watching the Kennesaw Jets and Grand Forks Caterpillars get after it.

The exploits of designated hitter Hyun-jung Yi, who is tied for 8th in the PA in hits with 21, helped the Grand Forks Caterpillars defeat the Kennesaw Jets, 6-0. Yi slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Grand Forks pitcher John Paddock got the win, upping his record to 3-0. Manuel Bernal got the loss.

The Caterpillars got a big at-bat from center fielder Huell Babineaux. For the game, Babineaux was 2-4 with 2 triples. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the sixth, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he stroked a 2-run triple. His 3rd triple of the season gave Grand Forks a 2-0 lead.

"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Yi said.

The defeat makes Kennesaw 6-13.
