Rogues Fall Short, 5-4, at Kennesaw

The Kennesaw Jets racked up a win at Jets Stadium, bumping off the Newmarket Rogues, 5-4. Ralph Wilson, who started for Kennesaw, pitched effectively for his team. Kennesaw occupies 6th place in the Premier A at 10-10.
An inflection point occurred with no one out in the bottom of the fourth. That's when Jets left fielder David Pagán hit a changeup from Simak Vehuny for a 2-run single. Just like that, Kennesaw was up, 4-3.
"I like the grit of this ballclub," Pagán said.
