The Put-In-Bay Commodores beat the Philadelphia Liberty U-24 by a score of 7-0. Put-In-Bay second baseman Yen-nien Ku deserved the lion's share of the credit. Ku was 3 for 5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2 for the Commodores. Randy Powell got the win, improving to 3-1.
