Red Hot Crawdads Win Again, 2-1
The Cut Off Crawdads banked on George Johnston and he turned in a masterful performance. The right-hander kept the Delmarva hitters in check. The final score was 2-1, Crawdads, in 10 innings. With the win, Cut Off has a record of 12-12. Delmarva falls to 10-14.

Up to bat in the bottom of the tenth, 24-year old third baseman Arturo Prieto had a chance to be the hero. Delmarva pitcher Daniil Shipko had other ideas. But with two outs, Prieto hit a run-scoring single. The Crawdads had themselves a dramatic win.

"The guys come to the ballpark ready," said Crawdads manager Miguel Aguilar. "They're going out there and doing the simple things right."
