On Road, Cut Off Drops Kennesaw, 4-1
|
Cut Off turned a good effort from starter Warren Mora into a win over the Kennesaw Jets at Jets Stadium. The final score was 4-1. Carl Roy finished the game for Cut Off and earned his 4th save. The Jets have now dropped 5 straight.
Cut Off used the hitting of Andy Jackson to pick up the win. The shortstop clubbed a 3-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Crawdads on top, 4-0. For the game, Jackson had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"I put my work in and trusted the process," said Mora.
