Stanley Lewis had a good game, but he could not keep the Grim Reapers from falling, 7-6, to the Athletic Club KC U-24 at ACKC Youth Field. The Grim catcher was 2-5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3 in the loss. Jesse Bell finished to wrap up his 8th save. Athletic Club KC has now reeled off 9 straight wins.

Chi Chi Rodríguez, the 19th overall pick in the 2057 draft, took Grim hurler Stan Coffey deep in the bottom of the sixth. His 3-run home run put the U-24 on top, 6-3. In all, Rodríguez had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 5.
