Adrian Goff was locked in. The left-hander led the Delmarva Gallos to a 4-3 win against the Chicago Tula at Ramblers Ballpark. Delmarva pitcher Martín Orozco got the win, upping his record to 1-2. Kip Hill got the loss. The Gallos raised their record to 17-18.

Cam López hit a solo home run off Kip Hill in the top of the ninth, which put the Gallos ahead, 4-3. In addition to the homer, López had 1 single and 1 double, while going 3 for 4.

"Bottom line," said Chicago skipper Don Pokorski, "we didn't play well enough to win."
