Hermit Crabs Take Nail-Biter Over Jets
Thanks in large part to shortstop Jim Bennett Jr., the Huntington Hermit Crabs clipped the Kennesaw Jets, 6-5, in 10 innings. Bennett Jr. was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Huntington bumps their record to 21-16 with the win.

The Hermit Crabs got a clutch hit from center fielder Mark Thornber. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Hermit Crabs.
