Kennesaw starter Glenn Murphy throttled the Huntington offense, as the Jets won in a rout, 11-0. Kennesaw is now 20-19.

In his 104-pitch effort, Murphy allowed no runs on 7 hits over 8.2 innings. He walked 2 and struck out 8.

"Really good pitchers have that ability to raise their game when they need to," said Kennesaw manager Jamie Scott.
