Vandals Rally Late to Clip Cut Off
The Eugene Vandals, behind a great outing from Curt Case, who is tied for 4th in the PA in strikeouts with 52, defeated the Cut Off Crawdads, 1-0, at The Riot Zone. The Vandals now have a mark of 18-22.

The Vandals got a clutch hit from second baseman Jordan Sercombe. In the bottom of the ninth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Vandals.

"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Sercombe told a Eugene Herald reporter. "Sometimes we just need to relax."
