Spirited fans greeted the Kennesaw Jets for their clash with the Cut Off Crawdads.

The Cut Off Crawdads beat the Kennesaw Jets by a score of 5-2. Cut Off shortstop Arnold González deserved the lion's share of the credit. González went 3-4 with 2 home runs and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice for the Crawdads. Bruce Cunningham wrapped it up, recording his 14th save.

Cut Off used the hitting of Matt Bowman to pick up the win. The third baseman clubbed a solo home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Crawdads on top, 4-2. For the game, Bowman had 1 home run and 1 single in 3 at-bats.

"Anytime you're seeing it well, it's a good feeling," González told the Cut Off Bulletin.

The Crawdads now own a record of 28-28.
