Lake Erie Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
Lake Erie Arryns starter Reginald Benson pitched a strong game against the Eugene Vandals at Arryns Ballpark, leading the Arryns to victory, 5-4. Lake Erie, now 34-26, holds down third place in the Premier A.

The game-ending blow was delivered by Ignacio Galló in the bottom of the ninth. That's when he hit a run-scoring double off 22-year old right-handed pitcher Jeff Rodríguez to win it for Lake Erie and cause the home crowd to erupt in celebration.

"It takes a lot of things to win a ballgame," said Lake Erie manager Louis Espinosa. "It's usually not just one thing."
