In a low-scoring contest between the Crowley Cajuns and the Germantown Uruguayans, Adam Johnson was the X factor. The Crowley left-hander spearheaded the 3-1 win. Crowley reliever Robbie Kuhn was the winner. His record is now 1-0. Boyd Holohan took the loss. The defeat makes Germantown 1-1.

Crowley took a 3-1 lead on Bud Wiser's 1st double of the season. The 2-run double, which Wiser hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Germantown pitcher Boyd Holohan visibly frustrated.

"Tough loss," said Germantown manager Jamie Scott. "But we'll learn from it."
