At Crawdads Field, the Delmarva Gallos and Cut Off Crawdads were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.

The Cut Off Crawdads beat the Delmarva Gallos by a score of 11-6. Cut Off left fielder Mark Reed deserved the lion's share of the credit. Reed went 2 for 5 with a home run, while scoring 2 times and driving in 5 for the Crawdads. The winning pitcher was Bruce Willing. His record now stands at 3-5. The right-hander went 8 innings, allowing 4 runs on 5 hits for the Crawdads.

With Cut Off leading 4-1 in the bottom of the fifth, Reed batted against Delmarva pitcher Rob Hounsell. Reed hit a curveball to right for a grand slam home run. His 4th home run of the season put the Crawdads on top, 8-1.
