The Zoo was the site of a competitive game between the Northwest Territory Beavers and Redwood Rhinos.

The Redwood Rhinos did just enough to secure a victory over the Northwest Territory Beavers, 2-1, in 12 innings at The Zoo. Nobody did more than pitcher Pedro Corona. Bob Morton came out of the bullpen to earn the win. The left-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 3 innings. His record now stands at 1-0.

The clutch hit was provided by Atso Tuulola. He delivered a walk-off run-scoring single off Robin Cecchini in the bottom of the 12th.

"This place was electric at the end," Corona said.

Redwood, with the win, is 2-1.
