Lakers Suffer 3-2 Setback
|
Buffalo right-hander Zander Daig helped his team edge Echo Park by the score of 3-2. Daig kept the opposing lineup in check. The winner was Daig. He threw 7.1 innings of 4-hit ball. The loser was Naohiro Ueno. Echo Park falls to 9-11.
In the top of the fifth inning, the White Walkers grabbed the lead when Efren Agpalasin rapped a two-out home run. Buffalo was trailing 1-0, when Agpalasin hit a 2-run home run off Naohiro Ueno to put his team in front, 2-1.
"Obviously, you want to go out there and be good every time out," said Daig. "I take the ball every day with the same mindset."
