Otters Deal Centennial 2-1 Defeat

The Tulsa Otters locked up a win at Ballpark of Baxter, knocking off the Fort Knox Centennial, 2-1. On the mound for Tulsa was right-hander Peter Harris. He played a major role in the triumph. The save was credited to Michael Elkins, his 1st. After losing, Fort Knox is 3-2.
Rod Kimble drove in one run for Tulsa. The 20-year old first baseman had a key at-bat in the top of the sixth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 1-1 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Ernan Kayabya. It was his 4th RBI of the season.
Kimble said his team "played with focus."
