The Memphis Music found a way to sneak past the Northwest Territory Beavers, 6-5, in 12 innings. Memphis pitcher Steve Allen, for one, had a standout performance. Luca Johnson snagged the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits over 2 innings. He's now 1-0 on the season. Northwest Territory now has a record of 4-2.

The Music got a clutch hit from designated hitter Aaron Stanbra. In the bottom of the 12th, he hit a run-scoring single to left, to win the game for the Music.

"The crowd was boisterous today," said Stanbra.
