The St. Louis Coeur topped the Mexico City Blue Demons, 7-5, at The BFIB. St. Louis designated hitter Arabello Ocampo was a spark plug for the offense. He was 2-3 with a home run, a triple, and a walk. He scored 3 times and drove in 2. St. Louis is now 9-12.

St. Louis grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the fifth, when Ocampo hit a solo home run off Doug Santamarina. His 1st home run of the season put the Coeur out in front, 6-5.

"We took advantage of our opportunities," Ocampo told the St. Louis Observer. "It's as simple as that."
