The Grim Reapers defeated the Walla Walla Walleye, 4-1, in USPL Single A action at Walleye Tank. Grim pitcher Jeremy Rice had a standout performance. Rice picked up the win for Grim, going 7 innings. He gave up 1 run on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 3-0. The save went to Gustavo Villa, his 3rd this season.

Grim relied on the bat of Kent Yi to get the win. The shortstop ripped a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Reapers ahead, 3-0. For the game, Yi had 1 double and 1 home run in 4 at-bats.

"We need to keep playing good baseball," Yi told the Grim Today.

The Reapers go to 33-35, putting them 5th in the Premier A.
