Hounds Make Crush 5-2 Losers
|
Hicksville pitcher Gary Aldridge had a large part in his team beating the Flint Crush, 5-2. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Flint falls to 6-3.
In the top of the first, Efren Agpalasin ambushed a 1-2 cutter from Félix Santana and hit a 2-run home run. It gave Hicksville a quick 2-0 lead.
"This game will punch you right in the mouth," said Aldridge. "My job is to show up and give my team a chance."
