Fort Knox pitcher Ed Dodman did his part in helping his team beat the Crowley Cajuns, 3-1. The left-hander kept opposing batters from doing too much damage. Jody Ross wrapped it up, recording his 3rd save. The win puts Fort Knox at 6-4.

Fort Knox used a clutch at-bat from Curtis Thomas to capture the win. The second baseman hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Centennial ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"The effort we put into this one paid off," Thomas said.
