Tulsa turned a good effort from starter Helmer Carlsson into a win over the Germantown Uruguayans at Ballpark of Albuquerque. The final score was 5-2. Samuel Morris closed the door for Tulsa, picking up his 1st save of the year. The Uruguayans drop to 4-7 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2061 season.

Early in the game, right fielder Conner O'Keefe had a 2-run home run for Tulsa. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Otters on top, 2-0.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," O'Keefe told the Tulsa Herald.
