No one was more impactful than Mitch Swing in the 4-3 Ft. Worth win over Las Vegas. Swing, who is tied for 3rd in the SL in stolen bases with 4, was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. Thomas Rice got the save, the 6th for him this season. The Cattlemen improved their record to 12-10 by beating Las Vegas.
In the bottom of the seventh, Ft. Worth catcher Juan Sánchez gave his team the lead. With one out and a runner on 1st, Psycho hit his 2nd home run of the year. Las Vegas pitcher Nick Middleton surrendered it. With that, the Cattlemen jumped in front, 4-3.
"Good to pick up this win," Sánchez said.
