Honeywill Excels in 12-3 Lake Erie Win
Lake Erie catcher Chris Honeywill played a vital role in his team's 12-3 conquest of Newmarket. He went 2-4 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice for Lake Erie. Finlay Midwinter earned the win to go to 6-1. He allowed 1 run on 7 hits, with 1 walk and 8 strikeouts in 7 innings of work. The Arryns saw their win-loss record go to 45-30. At the same time, the Rogues fell to 33-42.

Honeywill put Lake Erie up, 7-0, when he hit a 3-run home run off Juan Torres in the bottom of the first. His 8th home run of the season helped the Arryns capture the win.
