The Northwest Territory Beavers knocked off the Plattsburgh Puffer Fish, 5-4, at Beaver Town. It took 10 innings. Danny Rainey was a prime reason Northwest Territory won. The catcher was 2-4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. With the win, Northwest Territory improves its record to 8-4.

The Beavers got a clutch hit from left fielder Kelsey Verbiest. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Beavers.

Northwest Territory manager Robert Acker was pleased with the team's effort. "Our guys played hard," he said.
