Murphy Dominant in Jets Victory
In a low-scoring tilt between the Kennesaw Jets and the Chicago Tula, 22-year old left-handed pitcher Glenn Murphy was the difference-maker. The Kennesaw left-hander spearheaded the 2-0 win. Marlon Henderson sewed up the save, his 8th. With the win, the Jets are 26-52.

The Jets liked what they saw from Murphy. The 22-year- old pitcher had a commanding presence on the mound, limiting the Tula to no runs on 1 hit over 8 innings, and striking out 7.

"It's nice to get the results when you're feeling good and throwing the ball well," said Murphy after the game.
