Spirited fans greeted the Kennesaw Jets for their clash with the Lake Erie Arryns.

Behind a fine performance from Mike White, the Lake Erie Arryns knocked off the Kennesaw Jets, 9-2. White went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3 for the Arryns. Salvador Pérez was the winner. Over 5 innings, he yielded 1 run on 5 hits, with no walks and 3 strikeouts.

In the bottom of the eighth, Yoshinori Murakami stood in the box, looking for a pitch to hammer. The Jets were trailing 9-2, but had the bases loaded. That's when Dan Gutiérrez made a terrific pitch and Murakami struck out. Gone was the dream of a Kennesaw comeback.

The win puts the Arryns at 47-31, while the Jets drop to 37-41.
