Kip Hill pitched a gem to lead Tulsa to victory over the Redwood Rhinos, 5-1. The loss has the Rhinos at 8-6.

The game was on the line with two out in the top of the eighth inning, but Roberto Alegría didn't flinch. With runners on 1st and 2nd and Redwood trailing 3-1, Alegría retired Jorge Martínez to end the threat. "Nothing to it," said Alegría, with a wink.
