Jets Bats Go Cold Against Crawdads
Cut Off took on Kennesaw in a contest which featured a pitchers' duel. Spike Cornett, in particular, was fantastic. The Cut Off right-hander helped his team snag the win, 3-0. Picking up his 20th save was 22-year old right-handed pitcher Bruce Cunningham. Today's win puts Cut Off at 39-42, while Kennesaw falls to 38-43.

Cornett picked up the win. He's now 10-2, after putting the Kennesaw offense in the deep freeze. Over 8 innings, he allowed no earned runs on 3 hits.

"Spike made the big pitches when he needed to," said Cut Off manager Miguel Aguilar.
