The Redwood Rhinos wasted an impressive 7-inning effort from starter Tom Young, falling, 1-0, to the Fort Knox Centennial in 10 innings at Ballpark of Baxter. The Rhinos fall to 7-9 and continue their uninspiring start to the 2063 season.
The Centennial got a clutch hit from right fielder Alonso Murillo. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Centennial.
"Our pitching was the difference tonight," Murillo said.
