The Redwood Rhinos, behind a great outing from Jeff McDonald defeated the Hicksville Hounds, 3-0, at Hound Pound. Mark Sims picked up his 4th save of the season. With the win, Redwood climbs to 9-8.

McDonald earned the win to move to 3-0. In his 8-inning performance, he scattered 3 hits, striking out 9 and walking 1. The left-hander allowed the Hounds few scoring opportunities.
