Otters Use Late Surge to Win
A good performance from first baseman Rod Kimble helped the Tulsa Otters defeat the Memphis Music, 9-7. Kimble went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3 for the Otters. Tulsa now has a record of 11-6.

The game was all tied up in the top of the eighth, until Kimble delivered big-time for Tulsa, stroking a dramatic run-scoring single off Jesús Costa. The game-changing hit put the Otters on top, 6-5.

"That's what this team is about," said Kimble, "picking each other up."
