In a low-scoring affair between the Hicksville Hounds and the Tulsa Otters, pitcher David Ramos was the difference between victory and defeat. The Hicksville right-hander earned kudos in the 3-0 Hounds win. Ramos yielded no runs over 6.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 1, and struck out 2. His record improves to 5-0.
