Beavers, Minch Pin Bad Loss on Rhinos
The exploits of center fielder Aloysius Minch, who is tied for 6th in the PA- in runs scored with 11, helped the Northwest Territory Beavers defeat the Redwood Rhinos, 10-0. Minch slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 6 runs and scored twice. The Beavers, at 9-12, inhabit 9th place in the Premier Low A.

With Northwest Territory leading 1-0 in the bottom of the sixth, Minch batted against Redwood pitcher Edgar Liriano. Minch hit a cutter to right-center for a 2-run triple. His 1st triple of the season put the Beavers on top, 3-0.

"Good hitting and good pitching is a lethal combination," said Minch.
