Alog goes 3-for-4 to Fuel Grey Wolves Offense

Efren Alog powered the Vancouver Grey Wolves to a win over the Echo Park Lakers. The final score was 8-4. The Vancouver third baseman, who is tied for 5th in the SL in triples with 1, was a force to be reckoned with. He banged out 3 extra-base hits, including 1 home run and 2 doubles. Juan Ibarra, the winner, goes to 2-1. He allowed 4 runs on 5 hits, with 3 walks and 3 strikeouts over 6.2 innings. Vancouver is now 9-15.
The Grey Wolves got a big at-bat from shortstop Francisco Sánchez, who in the bottom of the fifth hit a 3-run home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Grey Wolves on top, 6-3.
