Jets Make Commodores 6-1 Losers
The Kennesaw Jets picked up a win at Put-In-Bay Ballpark, knocking off the Put-In-Bay Commodores, 6-1. Starting pitcher Keolamauloa Adoniia played a key role in the triumph. Adoniia, who is tied for 9th in the PA in complete games with 1, went the distance for Kennesaw. He gave up 1 run on 7 hits. Kennesaw now sports a record of 45-50.

Kennesaw used a clutch at-bat from Yoshinori Murakami to capture the win. The third baseman hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the second inning to put the Jets ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Adoniia said.
