The Flint Crush and Redwood Rhinos played an entertaining game for The Zoo patrons.

Larry Davis led Flint to a win over Redwood. The final score was 5-4. Davis, who is tied for 8th in the PA- in hits with 24, collected 2 RBI, while going 3 for 5 at the plate. The first baseman also scored 2 times. Naia Pirini closed the door for Flint, picking up his 5th save of the year.

Flint used the hitting of Ángelo Carrasco to pick up the win. The shortstop clubbed a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Crush on top, 5-4. For the game, Carrasco had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"It's nice to deliver when your team's counting on you," said Davis.

The 7th-place Rhinos have dropped 6 straight games.
